HHA Shipping Information

We ship Australia-wide and offer international shipping for wholesale and salon stockists.
If you are located outside Australia or the U.S., please contact us at wholesale@halohairaustralia.com.au to arrange your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Order cut-off times - If an order is placed after 2 pm AWST, it will not be processed until the following business day.

Shipping Timeframes

Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Express shipping options are also available at checkout.

For very large/bulk orders, shipping times will vary due to the freight company pickup and delivery schedules.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.
Orders under $150 incur a flat rate of $10 Australia-wide.

If selected at checkout, we offer free local pickup from Halo Extensions Perth, Inglewood. We require these orders to be picked up within 5 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

As a wholesale-focused business, we can arrange tailored shipping solutions for salon stockists and bulk orders, depending on order size and frequency.

Delays or Lost Orders

We always aim for smooth and timely delivery; however, delays can occasionally occur.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at wholesale@halohairaustralia.com.au, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so our team can assist you as quickly as possible.
