Returns & Quality Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind.
We ask all salon stockists to ensure selections are made carefully before purchasing.
Consumer Guarantees
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is found to have a genuine fault or does not meet acceptable quality standards, we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in line with these obligations.
Hair Extensions - Quality Claims
We take great pride in the quality of our hair and the consistency of our shades. As a wholesale brand, we work closely with professional salons and expect all products to be handled, installed, and maintained to industry standards.
If you believe there is a quality issue with the hair, the following conditions apply:
- All concerns must be reported within 30 days of delivery or installation (whichever comes first)
- Claims must be submitted via email to wholesale@halohairaustralia.com.au
- Clear photos and a detailed description of the issue must be provided
- The hair must not be altered, coloured, or chemically treated before the issue is assessed
Once the hair has been installed, the salon or stylist assumes full responsibility for installation, maintenance, and aftercare. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect installation, product use, environmental factors, or client care.
Each claim will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine whether the concern is related to a manufacturing fault.
Stock Holding & Delayed Use
As a wholesale supplier, we recommend that all stock be checked upon receipt.
We cannot guarantee outcomes for products that have been held for extended periods prior to installation.
Any concerns must still be raised within the 30 day time frame to allow for proper assessment.
Tools & Accessories
We do not offer returns or refunds on tools or accessories unless they are deemed faulty.
Please ensure all selections are made carefully.
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos and a description of the issue.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to decline claims that fall outside of these guidelines
- Approved resolutions may include replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue
- Shipping costs related to approved claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
